Michael did such a wonderful job extracting my Endnote Library from my old Dell computer. He was so patient and helpful, I had tried several times at Best Buy and they were not able to help, I also tried getting help directly from Dell, but they also were not able to get my Endnote Library. I called Alabama Computers as a last resort and they did a wonderful job! Thank you so much!!

I’m blown away at the service Alabama computers provided me. I dropped my computer off early afternoon, explained my issues and told me it would be ready the next day. 5pm the same day, I was told the computer was done and I’m so pleased. Can’t thank you enough.
