I had a fantastic experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Homewood, AL. The manager, Manuel, truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable—he answered all of my questions and made the whole process so smooth. It’s clear he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I left feeling confident in my new glasses and genuinely appreciated. Highly recommend this location and especially Manuel—thank you for making my visit so great!

When I entered the vision center, I was completely blown away with how welcoming the staff was. The staff truly made my experience here incredible, I came in frustrated as I left my private office complaining about the issues of my glasses never sitting on my face right. I was hoping they could find away to adjust my glasses properly since they couldn’t. The staff understood my situation and even helped adjust my glasses so they now sit accordingly on my face! I had been struggling with this for weeks ever since I got my glasses. I will definitely be coming here again for both my eye exam and to buy new glasses!

Want to say how much I enjoyed my experience at this location. Out of all the Walmart vision centers I can’t believe the level of customer service this team has. Johana the young lady that helped me was so polite well spoken and very welcoming since I walked into the vision center. I was so happy that they took my outside prescription! By the time I walked in I was welcomed right away and Miss Johana walked me to the frame board to show me options and gave me a cute little tray to minimize my choices. The fact that she only has a couple of months working in optical and this being her first job, I was so shocked how thorough she was! Definitely recommend their prices...read full review
