When trying to describe Provision to a friend, I said, “It’s not the type of Pilates studio you see on TikTok,” and I truly couldn’t mean that more.
This studio gives you the opportunity to be in community with people of all backgrounds and ages, while also creating space to genuinely learn about your body. Yes, aesthetics can be part of it, but what really matters to me is becoming a stronger, more functional person who can take what I learn in class and apply it to everyday life.
That’s what you get at Provision. And yes, I’m an instructor (: but this isn’t just marketing. It’s the honest truth!

The best part of my week! The staff and instructors are so helpful and uplifting, and they really know their stuff. It’s a small studio feel but with lots to offer. The workouts are mentally and physically challenging in the best way. Love Provision!
