“Amedisys provided home health nursing and PT for my Dad. Everyone was wonderful. Jenna (nurse) came out the most and was super helpful. I'm sorry I can't remember the other nurses names, but they all were very nice/professional. As far as PT, everyone he saw was great. His main PT's were Matt/Jazlyn. They were outstanding. Really got my dad beyond what I hoped for given his condition at the time he started therapy.”
