This past June our 11 year old a/c unit reached the point of no return & required replacement. We always call COUNTRY BOYZ first as they are close, respond quickly, have knowledgeable techs, and have always provided great service at a fair price. Our service tech walked us through the options & brands available & made suggestions at our request for what was the best deal for our personal needs. We are a retired couple living on a fixed income so you can imagine the sticker shock...I had already called around & the price quoted was reasonable for the upgrade. I contacted Country Boyz at 11:30 pm on a Sunday night via their chat app on their website. Within 10 minutes I had a reply and a technician scheduled to arrive between 8-10 am the next morning. Luke arrived at 8:10 am and was friendly and helpful. He had the diagnostic done and the unit running again almost immediately at a fair price. 100% recommended.Service: A/C system repair
