My dog sustained injuries from a fight with another dog. We took him to Walden Pond and the staff were very kind and very attentive to his needs. They called me to inform me of his procedures and his progress and I felt relief knowing they were looking after him. Unfortunately our dog took a turn for the worse, but I knew when they called me and said “I will do everything I can” he meant that, and that meant a lot to me! I wish our story had a better ending but the ending was made better by the care our dog received and the kindness of the staff and I am grateful to have found Walden Pond.
I took my sister‘s cat to get it shots to look at its ears. it’s very busy place with a lot of clients and it does get crowded but in a good way everyone is very kind cordial and happy to help. Even the clients are happy to sit and talk and socialize. Yes, my appointment was a little longer than I thought, but the doctor was an emergency surgery and I was willing to wait, I know somebody would appreciate me being willing to wait if it was my animal. The doctor is very professional and will answer all questions. I brought my sister‘s cat there because that’s where my dogs see the vet.
