We contacted them around 6pm the night prior & they had someone out the next morning to have our well issue fixed when others made the issue out to be way bigger than it was. These guys had it taken care of in less than an hour.

After a bad storm recently, we woke up to no water from the well. After a call to Hand Service that morning, John arrived and started diagnostics on the well pump. He found the old pump was loosing it's prime. We decided to Install a new pump because of it's age. John had it up and running by the endof the day. He even helped get the faucets working that had sediment stuck in the screens. He went above and beyond to have our water back on in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend them.

I live in Floyd County Georgia and was struggling to get any of the local well drillers to come out and Drill. I took a chance and called Hand Service Company to see if they would be willing to make the Drive from Alabama to Georgia. I spoke with Brad, and he was so understanding and helpful. Within 3 weeks of my or call his crew was out drilling our well. They did a fantastic job and we could not be more pleased.
