I trained here for almost 3 years and I loved every second of it. He pushed me to become a better and stronger person and I learned so much. I learned how to defend myself through defense training and protective training. After almost receiving my black belt (i had to leave for personal reasons) I am more confident in myself now. I highly recommend. This place changed my life and I loved it!!

I feel this is a very positive activity for anyone, especially the children. My grandson, Tucker, loves it and can’t wait to get to every class! Master Keith is great with the kids and makes sure they have fun while also learning. Highly recommended, five stars!
