Best experience I’ve had in a long time! Our home’s main water supply line burst two weeks ago and trying to find a plumber who was helpful, professional, reliable, and willing to work was quite the feat. I either received estimates too high, too low, or had providers who seemed less than thrilled in wanting to do the work, or who would “get to me” when they could. The final contender was Jim Kurz. And hands down it was no contest after an hour with him. I chose Charity Plumbing Alabama to do our repair because he was incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and truly has the heart of an educator, while being very focused on doing what is right for humankind. He took time to answer all of my questions, address my concerns, and was genuinely grateful to have been asked to provide an estimate. And honestly? His sincerity, appreciation, and commitment for his trade he shares was worth more than what he actually quoted me to complete the work. And the wildest thing was this…his team who showed up to do the work was so personable, thoughtful, and professional. In today’s world, affordable and high-quality tradesmen are rare. His team was the perfect representation of how you combine quality and pride into what you do and how you do it—and then you follow through by delivering an experience. And if people who are working in the Alabama heat, knees deep in wet clay dirt after an epic downpour can still smile and laugh and manage to get the job done in a day and never once complain or present as bothered? Well, that means magic is brewing inside your company because there’s a standard woven into the fabric of your culture. I cannot recommend supporting Charity Plumbing enough. If you value your time, appreciate effort and education, enjoy a sense of humor, and want to know you’re getting a fair price for the quality you’re receiving, call them and save yourself the hassle of mediocrity.
