I love that appliance care is locally owned and operated. They respond quickly to emails, if you prefer that mode of communication, or you can call. we got in quickly. Duke was professional, and went through all of the diagnostics and then showed us how to clear codes on our washer and other info that will save us money and help us deal with the small things. Highly recommend.

100% integrity driven. Duke was great in explaining everything and my repair (or not to repair) options. I really appreciate that this company chooses honesty and integrity over bottom. They will have my service again! I highly recommend.

Normally I'm the guy that tries to "fix stuff" himself, but was really stumped on an Issue with our Washing machine. I called them and they were out the next day, and had it fixed within an hour. Probably would have taken me 3 Days to fix it myself...LOLOL They were reasonable, professional, and Worth every penny. Will definitely use them again!
