I bought my dress at Something Blue but with the option to have sleeves added on. The dress maker advised to have the sleeves sewn on separately to ensure they fit correctly. Christy spent several hours through multiple appointments designing the sleeves from scratch. She was very patient with creating these and wasn’t satisfied till I was. At my final fitting, she took the time to show my stepmom how to bustle my train and even let her practice to make sure she didn’t have any questions before the day of. Everyone at Urban Altered was extremely nice and lovely to work with! Price was more than I was expecting it to be (I did not see a complete breakdown on the website of every layer of the dress costing a certain amount of money which is what really made it expensive for me), but the dress was perfect in the end!

Ms. Christy and her team are absolutely amazing! They made the entire process easy and enjoyable. My dress turned out perfect! You can't even tell that I had it altered. I got so many compliments. We took my mom's dress to them, and they did amazing on it as well. They were so sweet and scheduled us at the same times so we didn't have to come for two separate appointments. They had our dresses finished way sooner than we expected, too! Highly recommend Ms. Christy and Urban Altered.
