Alex, Jack, and Nathan went far above and beyond to help us get our unit replaced. They epitomize customer service!The Trane corporation on the other hand is terrible...stay away from the Trane brand! Their warranty is not worth the paper it was written on! When our 5 year old unit started having issues, Trane did nothing, but the McCutcheon team did. Unfortunately for us, we had to have a new unit installed, but it was not a Trane system! Thanks again to the McCutcheon team!
