Got assigned this company twice for service requests through American Home Shield, one under AR&C, and the other under the name Martin's Heating & Cooling. I wasn't around for the first visit, my wife was, but she had nice things to say about them and the winter check up on our heater we got. I was home for an issue with our cooler in the summer though and had a lot to ask about - what caused this, how to prevent it, how one part of my system worked with the outside part, even a rough ballpark of how much it would be to eventually replace units in my system with and without AHS. Tech came out to do a heating unit inspection offered at discount by AHS. Showed up on time, looked over the heating unit, then went to the AC unit and checked it out. Came over to me and stated there were some low power issues that would cause the unit to repeatedly run and then stop in short stints.
We have ran our ac every night with no issues, however, this evening when we kick the AC on the unit runs for a few minutes, then stops, then runs for a few minutes and stops, exactly what the rep said it was going to do. I'm having a hard time accepting this as just a coincidence. It's been working just fine but after the tech comes out I now have issues????

We’ll definitely use ARC Specialists again. They were here within the hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and didn’t charge an astronomical fee. The technician was very professional and courteous. It means a lot to us when we find someone we can trust and count on. And all of this on the evening before a holiday when we couldn’t even get others to call us back.
