Always a great experience here! My car had so many bugs on it, and they let me go through a second time and took extra care to get everything clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the extra effort — I’ll definitely be back!

Went thru this morning (Guntersville)and the man that was working the car wash was the best we have ever had! He made sure our SUV was scrubbed down and he did it quickly but most of the time we get a swipe on the windshield and one swipe or two on the back and that’s it. He was quick and thorough but did the job and a great job at that!

I LOVE Tidal Wave! The staff are always soooo friendly. My car looks like a million bucks when I pull out of there! Now I just wish they would volunteer to vacuum the inside for me, hahahaha! Keep up the good work.
