Jay was the on call tech and he came out to my lake house at 9:00 at night. It was the night before Independence Day. He was super polite and knew what he was doing. No complaining about being there. Got there without 45 minutes of me calling after hours line.
Fair rates and he did a very thorough job. Highly recommend for a clogged sewer line.
