Wayne does not work here anymore. A lovely Hispanic woman took over the business and has reopened the barber shop. Her English is so-so. But I got a nice haircut today. She has changed the name of the shop and the price structure.

It is an old time barber shop. Similar to the one on the Andy Griffith Mayberry show. When Wayne is in it is entertaining. I don’t mind waiting when there are several people ahead of me.

I have known Wayne since my wife and i moved here over 17 years ago. Wayne has been at that location for 60 years now. He is the most professional person i have ever met. He is like a brother to me and I am truly blessed to have the privilege of knowing him. I always look forward to seeing him every two weeks. If you get a chance to go by and meet Wayne it will be one the best experiences you have ever had, as well as the best haircut. So take time to go and see Wayne and Stan (Stan is seasonal). You will be glad you did.
