One of the best massages I've had. You can pick table or Thai (on a mat) massage. I got a table massage. Sara uses a blend of different modalities including craniosacral, deep tissue, and trigger point. She uses lineaments, essential oils, heat packs and cupping just to name some of the things used on me. I didn't leave oily.

Sara is an incredible woman and healer. She seems to have a nearly mystical sense of intuition and attunement into areas of tension and pain. Each time I’ve received a massage from her I’ve left feeling lighter physically, mentally, and emotionally. I am so grateful for her work and highly recommend her to all seeking healing hands.
