Denise and crew take excellent care of my condos. Denise the owner does a great job of following up inspecting the cleans is often as possible in making sure everything is to her five star standards.
Denise and all her crew at Royal Shell are OUTSTANDING!! Their cleaning is always top tier. They tend to the details - sand on floors, dishes in the dishwasher, presenting clean linens. They have also kept our house maintained with their maintenance crew, fixing plumbing issues, electrical issues, or just simple fixes around the house. Denise is always a phone call or email away and always willing to accommodate any request we may have. I cannot recommend Royal Shell enough!
We have had about 2 cleaning companies to clean our STR property. It is true when they say 3rd times a charm. We couldn’t have asked for better cleaners and Ms Denis is the best at communicating. We love this company.
