Based on the reviews, Onyx Professional Plumbing is outstanding and professional. Thomas, Laine, and Fischer do a great job. They show up on time, are professional, and complete the work quickly. Everything is done right. The company gives great service and great communication. Thomas is wonderful and very professional. He takes pictures with the camera to show the issue. Onyx is always on time, knowledgeable, and never tries to upsell. Professionalism is off the chart. From inspection to testing, the whole process is a superior experience. Highly recommend.
Wonderful experience from beginning to end.
We appreciated the professionalism of Thomas. He knew exactly what he was doing. He communicated well and made sure that we were aware of what he was doing. I also LOVED that the arrival window was essentially a fifteen minute window which was 3:00-3:15. He was right on time and gave us a heads up when he was on his way.
Thomas (our tech) and arrived very professional, and corrected our issue quickly. Would recommend to any who may ask
