I feel uncomfortable doing this, I deleted my 5 stars for following reason. Yesterday, we had our beloved CoCo put to sleep. Just these following suggestions please. In Arizona there was an electric candle on front desk to notify staff and visitors to respect a family euthanizing their dog and to please be quiet. The staff not involved to right of desk were Very noisy as well as other customers.Staff involved with our care were very nice; but could you please make a simple introduction of yourself? Dr Langston saved my Great Dane after being mis-diagnosed countless of times by another local vet a few years ago. He was suffering from a severe case of HOD, and Dr Langston saved his life, got him the correct medication, and didn’t give up on him. And since then, I wouldn’t recommend another vet other than Dr Langston. He’s so passionate with what he does, and does everything he can to make sure your family friend is taken care of in every way!
