I won't be bringing anything back here. Dropped my computer off when it wouldn't boot. A month and a half later they still hadn't looked at it at all. I picked it up and took it to a friend who does IT, he reinstalled windows, and the next day it's working fine.
I took my Google pixel pro 7 in for screen replacement. It took two days from within a month to get the phone back. I had ordered a replacement phone to use which I could return within a month without being charged. Once I got the phone back the screen was jumpy, I had no control of the functions on it whatsoever. At times the screen would be completely blank, like the phone has powered off. Upon complaining about it I was asked to bring the phone back in. All of this AFTER I have already returned the OTHER phone and for what to be without a phone for a MONTH again!!!! Complete waste of time and money!
Mrs. Robin was sweet as she could be but I honestly wasted my money. Took three iPads there for screen replacements. The screens were not glued correctly on there and I even mentioned that before leaving. Needless to say, the screens came right off. So just threw my money away and still gonna have to pay insurance for replacements. Took a little while as well. Like a month. ? but just wanted to leave an honest review because I didn’t have such a positive experience here besides the kindess
