I contacted him on behalf of my mom to get a door replaced in her house, and he was very friendly and responsive, kept great communication, and got the door replaced promptly and in a way where it's actually better installed than the old door that was there previously. The price was reasonable, and my mom is delighted with the quality of the work done.
