I worked with Richard from late 2015 throughout most of 2016 and he really helped and pushed me to get healthy and in shape. I went from 335 to 283 during that time period and I could really see my hard work paying off. The gym is a clean family friendly place with an emphasis on teamwork, comradarie, and pushing yourself to be better. The atmosphere felt like being with family and Richard will help you reach your goals anyway he can. He may also help you realize a few new ones for yourself as well. I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a quality workout in a friendly place.
How can someone rate this place 1 star and say they didn't go here. That's just ridiculous. I have not used their services yet but look forward to hopefully building a strong relationship with this locally based real estate office. I am in need of a good solid realtor and property management company.

Great response time. Had a water heater go out and called at 7 in the morning. Service personnel arrived at 8. New heater up and running by 10. Fast, efficient and friendly are how would describe their service.
I’ve had 13 cats spayed/neutered here and I have not had any issues with any of these procedures. The vet has always been nice when taking in our animals for various issues including respiratory infections, eye infections and getting their vaccines. I trust their staff because they have always been very caring for our animals.
