The gentleman that does my taxes is efficient and courteous. The first time I came to Rapid Tax I had a slight tax problem. I was told that they couldn't help since they hadn't done my taxes; however, they told me what I should do and didn't charge me anything for the advice/consultation! I went back to them the following year so they could do my taxes and I have used them every year since.
