VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic

Last year, I walked right up and was able to get in line for a rabies shot. Fast forward to a year later, now you have to pre register (which is such a joke), and no way of knowing how long you need to wait, or how many critters are ahead of you. Whoever thought that this was a good idea needs to rethink their decision making skills.

Stood in line for over an hour after being reassured by Tractor Supply Staff that services were first come, first served. We were second. They were supposed to be there from 4:00-5:30. Didn’t show up until 4:40 just to inform us that only those pre-registered would be served. After pushback by most in the line, they agreed to serve others but said it would likely be a minimum two hour wait. From now on, I’ll gladly pay extra to go to a bona fide brick and mortar vet.

There was absolutely no guidance. No instruction or professionalism from this clinic. I waited in line over two hours before I even got a text message saying I could check in after the time that the clinic was supposed to be over. Having that many animals in a hot building for that long is completely unacceptable. Take a lesson from the vetco clinics and get your stuff together.
