They were 40 min late and it was 95 degrees and they never acknowledged being late and they took their time and not in any hurry .. we had to leave because it was too hot to be waiting an hour outside and not get any acknowledgement and 4 people in front of us.. they had a mist fan on them and air conditioner van.. all of us waiting were outside at the van waiting our.turn with no air and concrete was hot for the pets

I don't think I've ever been more enraged as I was today when I walked in this pet store. I know everyone has their own opinion on how they feel animals should be treated but of all places a pet store that wants your business should make sure all animals are taken care of and their enclosures are clean. I personally have 3 ferrets and yes if you have them you know cleaning up after them is important but today was beyond disgusting. The ferret cage that is 3 levels was covered in poop and pee. It was all over the floor around cage and flies were taking over the cage. There was ONLY 1 in cage (they don't do well alone for one thing) and there was ZERO reasons for it to look that way. The animal couldn't even get to top level that had his food due to the amount of yuck And the food looked like it was done days ago. I said something to each employee and a manager there and they acted like they were busy and it was just what it was. One employee actually said they only clean it once a week. Mind you there was 6 employees standing around, 4 behind register and it was not busy. I realize they have other animals to deal with but not only is it nasty it isn't going to make anyone want to buy the ferret looking like that. I called cooperate and started a case and will follow up on this. I am not one to leave reviews on places but this was BAD! This is the store we use often but after today I will not support a place that doesn't care about the ones they say they will take care of until they find a home or care that a customer was upset about the conditions.

I love my local pet store! They always provide the best customer service when I come in and when I'm checking out! I work retail myself and understand how it is dealing with the public. they do a great job and always keep it professional. they Always have everything that suits my animals needs! The store manager and the assistant store manager are the nicest people I've ever met and I appreciate Everything they do!
