They helped the puppy and discounted the rate when a family member's pet was injured. It was a crisis. The bad experience with a non direct service provider is irrelevant. Beautiful facility. Super helpful front desk and pet carers.

We carried our 2 1/2 old golden doodle that was really sick and he needed exploratory surgery and the results wasn’t good. They were very professional and really very courteous to us in this very hard time. I really appreciate the way we was treated.

My new foster puppy cut his leg and needed stitches Friday afternoon. I called 8 vet offices before I found this one that answered the phone and said they would treat him. I arrived at 2:00, to a line of customers. I saw the vet at 2:30 and the pup was ready to go home before 4:00. They gave me a pre-treatment estimate around $420 and the final bill was around $490. The vet asst took the pup to my car and explained the procedure and medication. The pup came home with his e-collar on and the prescribed meds.
