Great customer service from the initial phone call. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have everything I was hoping to get for my event but what we did get was great. They did a great job setting up and tearing down. Employees were pleasant. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting some fun games and stuff for an event!
I highly recommend Deborah's Party Rentals in Gardendale, Alabama. Our school rented their train for a "Polar Express" day. Vicki was wonderful in assisting me with scheduling and payment. Chris made sure that the train rides ran smoothly. I can't thank them enough! Looking forward to renting more items in the new year!
This company was wonderful to work with. They delivered/set up and broke down/removed exactly when they said they would. Vicki was so helpful. The professionalism was outstanding. Nice doing business with a company that actually does what it promises. I absolutely recommend them for you next event!
