Dean McIntosh and the Physical Therapy team (Drew Smith) at Champion Sports Medicine (CSM) were professional and efficient in providing physical therapy after my knee surgery. I would recommend this team/facility for excellent rehab!

Dean and Drew are the best! They are good at what they do and they make sure you are getting the care you need. They are always smiling, joking, and the atmosphere there makes you feel comfortable and at ease about therapy. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

The whole crew at the Gardendale location is amazing. I started working with Drew 3 weeks post op from ankle surgery. My foot had just come out of the cast and I had zero range of motion and muscle atrophy in my leg/calf. Because of the cast, my foot sat about 3 inches off the back in the aircast . Drew has been nothing short of amazing. I am now 5 weeks post op and have been seeing Drew 3 days a week for 2 weeks. The aircast now fits exactly like it’s supposed to, I am getting amazing results with range of motion, and I am now learning to walk with crutches.
