Wonderful staff, very caring. Not only worked with me in house but made sure to teach me so I could do these things at home. Focused on not just my time with them but with helping me to improve overall after my sessions were done. I've been able to do most of the exercises at home and am still enjoying improvement from knee pain. Now to see if I can do this 5K in February! Thank you for everything! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
