Baptist Health Primary Care - Gardendale

I have seen several providers at Baptist Health Primary Care in Gardendale, including Dr. Conley and Dr. Gray, but my regular provider is CRNP Judith Cooley. I truly appreciate that they never rush through my appointments. They take time to review my chart, ask thoughtful questions, and always check if there’s anything else I’m concerned about—often reminding me of things I wanted to ask!

They are genuinely caring and attentive. I’m also impressed that I never have to wait long to be taken back to a room or to see my provider. On occasions when I’ve needed to be seen quickly or needed medical advice, they’ve responded right away.

I highly recommend Dr.Conley. She is always compassionate and attentive to my medical issues or concerns. She is very quick to respond on the patient portal and is a great doctor. I have not had any issues with this facility at all. I have been going here for 2years.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Conley. I’ve never had a doctor who listens and cares as much as she does. And she’s never been wrong about a diagnosis. Wonderful and efficient staff. But hands down Dr. Conley is the best. I’m so thankful for her.
