The worst FRONT STAFF EVER!!!! The Lady upfront has to be the rudest ever!!! She needs to be removed from this office immediately!!! This is not the place for her!!! And to top it off throwing papers makes it even worse ! 😡

I have seen several providers at Baptist Health Primary Care in Gardendale, including Dr. Conley and Dr. Gray, but my regular provider is CRNP Judith Cooley. I truly appreciate that they never rush through my appointments. They take time to review my chart, ask thoughtful questions, and always check if there’s anything else I’m concerned about—often reminding me of things I wanted to ask!
They are genuinely caring and attentive. I’m also impressed that I never have to wait long to be taken back to a room or to see my provider. On occasions when I’ve needed to be seen quickly or needed medical advice, they’ve responded right away.
I initially chose this clinic because it was close to my job, but even after I retire, I plan to continue coming here—even though it’s about a 45-minute drive. The care and professionalism make it well worth it. I highly recommend Baptist Health Primary Care in Gardendale!

Jury still out on this practice. My husband and I are new patients due to our old pcp closed their office. We were apprehensive after our initial visit and after my 2nd visit today; in reviewing the dictation from my physician in my patient portal of the visit, along with a reluctance in refilling my husband’s diabetic medication with enough refills til his next already scheduled appointment, we are going to be looking for a provider we feel more confident in our care. Also the elderly receptionist downstairs at check in is very impatient, rude and needs to speak up!! The very sweet young girl sitting next to her has to make up for her unprofessionalism.

I highly recommend Dr.Conley. She is always compassionate and attentive to my medical issues or concerns. She is very quick to respond on the patient portal and is a great doctor. I have not had any issues with this facility at all. I have been going here for 2years.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Conley. I’ve never had a doctor who listens and cares as much as she does. And she’s never been wrong about a diagnosis. Wonderful and efficient staff. But hands down Dr. Conley is the best. I’m so thankful for her.

They don't careI had a extremely worrying issue come up and went to Dr. grey several times she put me on antibiotics and the problem never went away. She did not draw blood or do anything else to try to remedy/solve the problem. I start getting tests done and once I do the tests I never hear back. I'm talking weeks, and when I finally call them, one lady tells me they're "not done." And angrily hangs up on me. I keep trying to get in contact and turns out nobody's even so much as reviewed my results... But they finally called back a day after to tell me it was "being treated appropriately". I'm in a similar boat again and I've been in pain every day for 8 months and I just need help and these people act like you're a nuisance & pulling their teeth out because you have medical problems. Upon calling & calling and leaving voicemails i still get ZERO communication or help. I'm at a loss, I don't know what I'm supposed to do and I'm scared. I just want help. To this day they do not know what's wrong with me and I go without treatment.

I have been a patient for many years, but it has become much more difficult to get in to see a Dr. I just had a 6mo ck up cancelled by the office. I have been trying for weeks to get a sooner appt due to many issues that have occured since I was there . Fall ,2 surgeries, etc* notice the dates on the good reviews are mostly years ago. I loved Dr. Gray & NP Cooley until they started overbooking resulting in poor quality of care for patients .
