Trust nobody to cut my hair but Amanda. She's a bubbling , friendly person who always has a smile. I have difficulty with hashimoto's and very thin and brittle hair. She's a master stylist with yrs of experience and I'm very happy about my hair. Thanks to her.. and to all the ladies who greet us and assist us with any need we may have. If a product doesn't work just be certain to keep the receipt and returns are not a problem.

Came into Ulta today trying to find a good sunscreen for someone super pale with sensitive skin. I was on crutches and sweating and overall not having a good time when I crossed paths with Alexis. Alexis asked if there was anything I needed help with. She was super knowledgeable on the topic and insisted she do the running around for me so I could rest in one spot. I was a little frustrated that it felt like other associates wouldn’t even make eye contact with me but Alexis turned the entire experience around and I’m so grateful for her kindness. Kaylee was a great help today. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain a few products and she walked me to her recommend product. I will ask for her help again.
