The staff at Crestwood exceeded my expectations. I was apprehensive about making burial arrangements during the pandemic but moments after walking in the door my fears were calmed. I was highly impressed with the precautions they are taking to avoid transmitting the virus. I felt very comfortable with the surroundings. Racheal was kind and compassionate during this difficult time. I wasn't expecting to leave with this degree of peace of mind.

Never fun planning a loved one's funeral, but Crestwood made things as easy as possible. Then, the morning of the funeral, the employees were very helpful - there when needed, but not intrusive.

Crestwood has really gone downhill. We had great service and an excellent planner with Tinley Kirby. However, the roads in the cemetery are totally unacceptable! I thought once my car was going into a sinkhole! And it isn't just one or two places, it's throughout the gardens! It is bad enough to damage a vehicle. Crestwood used to be top of the line and classy, what happened?
