Ashlee has been absolutely wonderful helping me with what I needed! She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and kept my 3 year old occupied until we got done doing my taxes! Ashlee is beyond wonderful! She goes above and beyond every year! She understands kids need to come with sometimes and has even set up a area for the kids to play/color! She's truly wonderful!

The place as a whole is welcoming and I never feel rushed to leave or feel like I am waiting for a long time.
