Moved here a few years ago, needed a stylist, I am the most impatient person ever, but they always make it an easy process and absolutely no time is wasted. Super friendly and always work miracles on my hair. ??♀️ ? ????
I used to work here (super briefly) many months ago.I kept forgetting to write a review about my experience here... & I finally remembered. So I sat & thought about it for a while & here I am. I will give 3 pros & 3 cons. Because it wouldn't be fair to ANYONE to only point out one without the other. Also, I'm not here to hurt anyone, I'm only writing this to give some constructive criticism while still highlighting my favorite things about this place. & I'm hoping it helps someone down the road.Pro #1This is a beautiful salon. Nicole is wonderful!! My old stylist cancelled my appointment today and I took a chance and called Southern Grace hoping they could fit me in for a much needed haircut and/or color, and was pleasantly surprised that Nicole could help me. Let me tell you, she did a fantastic job and literally transformed my hair. Aveda products - especially color - are just superior and leave your hair shinier and in better condition. Everyone at Southern Grace was great. Nicole is knowledgeable and meticulous, friendly and pleasant, and she CARES! I just got a new stylist!
