“They did an amazing job!! Carlos kept in constant contact with me , always giving me updates. They replaced my soffit and fascia, painted my siding, doors, windows, removed the storm windows, reglazed the windows and made the wood shutters exactly like I wanted them. I could not be more pleased with the outcome! It is beautiful. Everyone on the crew were very polite, kind and worked everyday until dark. It took them less than a week to complete the job. It’s better than I could have imagined.”

“I do want to update my original review and acknowledge that the company eventually reached out and offered to complete the repair. By that time, I had already had the work completed elsewhere. They were also generous in refunding part of my payment, which I appreciated.

I would like to move past this experience because I have had positive experiences with this company in the past and genuinely liked working with them. My hope is that they improve communication with customers going forward, as good communication promotes customer confidence, repeat business, and recommendations.”
