“Jesse Coston responded to an emergency plumbing call after our cleaning lady discovered water coming through the ceiling while we were out of town. His professionalism and excellent communication immediately put my wife and me at ease. He provided photos and clearly explained the repair, giving us peace of mind without being there. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, especially Jesse, for dependable service and exceptional customer care.”
“A tree fell on the roof 7/2. 2 very nice professional young men came out and took pics in the rain. They did an amazing patch job until we could get the go ahead from insurance. That patch job was important because Ryan had to fight with insurance company for 3 months before convincing them to replace the entire roof. He kept me in the loop the entire time and even gave me options if I wanted to proceed with what they'd approved for faster repair. Once we got the go ahead, the work was completed in 2 days. The entire roof, frame, soffit, fascia, painting, etc..... They did great work, cleaned up and always professional and kind. I truly appreciate the efforts and job well done.”
“I can't say enough about the attention to detail and quality of workmanship this team delivered. If you are in the market for a new roof or roof repairs, you would be foolish not to give Bill White Roofing & Specialty a call.”
