It features a pool with a comfortable temperature and amenities that function well. However, there are no basketball courts, and the location of the boxing equipment, particularly the speed bag, could be improved. The gym is not open 24 hours and requires an ID for entry. There is a racquetball court, squat racks, and dedicated areas for ACFT training, but the fiberglass pool ramp needs to be replaced due to fragments it leaves in feet.

Love this gym. However, if you come in to work out between 0530 to 0645, good luck having a good workout. Everyone on post in PT uniform seems to come in and workout during these times. All equipment is used and hard to even have a decent workout before starting work at 0830. It’s not like the ol days where PT was done outside. Besides that equipment are good and the staff is great. I do wish they remodel the showers and locker rooms. Seems old and dingy.

Many machines need maintenance or replacement but I was able to find everything I needed. I am not I to them, but the rolling mirrors are innovative. Indoor track, push sleds, lots of power racks, basketball gym. Only thing that bothered me was a large poster on the wall advertising for military lawyers...seemed very out of place.

Nice track area, definitely worn. Never had an issue with anyone bothering me and never felt out of place as someone with mobility issues. Well lit at night but no security cameras.
