“We were selling our home and the “buyer” had a company come out to inspect who just wanted the money. They didn’t bother to crawl under parts of the house to check for termites evident by cob webs. Morris has inspected our house for 2 years and gave us a clean bill of health. Nonetheless the buyer demanded we re check. Morris came out, suited up and I watched them crawl under and I mean all under our house. They didn’t gripe, they were professional and provided a diagram as well as a letter clearing our house of termites.
