We recently had to admit my husband in for an extremely bad infection. When we arrived, there was no one in the waiting room. Went right back but ended up having to wait 11 hrs before getting into a room. There ended up being alot of people in the ER after that were really sick, so they were overwhelmed and understaffed. But as soon as we were admitted, the 2nd floor and OR staff were so kind and attentive. Most especially nurses Matt and Dana and Kennedy. And techs Abagail and Kelsie. There are some I'm not remembering - I'm so sorry! But the the staff are wonderful! Doc Thompson was able to do surgery to remove an abscess and got my hubby well! Supporting staff made sure we had everything we needed and asked over and over if they could help or bring anything. Made sure our discharge process was smooth and quick and that we had supplies needed for home care. Awesome awesome people! Thank you for taking such good care of my guy!! I appreciate you all.
