Such a great staff! We love preferred. They get us in quick and are always friendly. Dr Chandra is the absolute best for my kids and I see Allie Jones and love her as well. GREAT TEAM!!
This is some of the most attentive and friendly staff I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Ali has been absolutely amazing in addressing any concerns quickly, and answering any and all questions. Jessica was instrumental in getting my prior authorization approved and my medication filled, despite insurance sending us all around in circles. If it wasn't for her, I can almost guarantee I'd still be waiting. The offices are always clean and the front desk staff is friendly and even dote on my kids when I have to bring them along, which is often. I had a really great experience at this doctor’s office. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. The office was clean and well organized, and the wait time was very reasonable.
