Jacob answered my call about putting my flooring in and within 24 hours had someone out there installing it! It looks amazing & I appreciate the quick response and them making me a priority! I would highly recommend using this company?

Our experience with W&W has proved to be dealing with a company with integrity and quality. The initial tile flooring install wasn't done correctly (bad contractor) and our tile grout kept breaking up. After they attempted to repair (thinking it was bad grout ) Jacob came to our house and further inspection found movement in our underlayment. He gave us options and he was very helpful in coming up with solutions to finally fix our floor. Jacob had the flooring installed and his helper (I'm sorry don't remember his name) did such an amazing job matching up to our other LVP that we were so impressed!!
