DO NOT use Dr. Kenzie Hendrix. She is the worst. Went for my 6 month follow up today and she didn’t take time to listen to anything and pretty much labeled me as a drug addict because I asked to get back on my anxiety medication that I was on for years but have been off of for a few years. I understand the way the world is now but the people that truly need medications, NEED THEM. I have never done drugs that are not prescribed to me in my life! She treated me like I was a low life. Asked me if I needed refills on my regular acid reflux medication and then walked out! I will never use her again and I’m reluctant to even go back to this place if this is how they treat their long time patients. I will be reporting this to the Board of Medicine today. That’s negligence of medical care.

RUN AWAY!!! This place should have their license revoked, or at least be investigated by the State! My wife was referred to them back in August for a health issue that we were both very concerned about. They referred her for tests and a biopsy, which was done about a week later. After a couple of weeks without getting a call with the results, she called them and was told they didn't have them yet, but they'd get them and call her. This went on for MONTHS, she'd call, and they'd blow her off. Finally, after countless attempts to get her results, we drove to where the tests were done in another town, and got them ourselves. The hospital told us the results were ready back in August, but were never requested! We hand delivered them to SBMG, and had them make copies for the dr. The office person again said someone would call, but they never did! Finally, after another 2 week wait, something happened that really crossed the line. In the mail was a bill, for $2.77, for the paper they used to make the copies of the test results!!! I took their bill and went to their office the next day, and demanded to speak with someone. Now, at no time was I threatening to them, but I was firm. When they said there wasn't anyone available, I told them I could wait. The girl on yhe desk went away for a few minutes, then came back and told me to have a seat in the waiting area, and someone would come and speak with me. I sat and waited, I DID NOT cause any trouble, or speak to the other patients, i just sat quietly and waited. After about 20 minutes, a security guard came in and went to the window, then came to me and said I had to leave! When I asked why, he said I was causing a disturbance! I turned to the other patients and asked if I had xaused any disturbance, and they said no, I hadn't said a word. I told the security guard to call the police, and started filming. After about 10 minutes, I told the guard that I would leave, and he escorted me to the front door. As I left, 2 police cars pulled up as I walked to my car, but didn't bother to talk to me. This is UNBELIEVABLE!!! not only did they send security after me, but they STILL haven't called my wife with her results, but they sure made sure we paid her copay and deductible! We ended up going to her primary care Dr to have him explain the results, which were OK, thank God. But suppose it had been cancer, that was treatable 4 months ago, but not now? Everyone in that office needs to be fired, and the State really needs to investigate this place, people's lives are at stake. But all they care about is making sure you pay them up front. DO NOT TRUST YOUR LIFE TO THESE PEOPLE,!

I had an appointment today with Dr. Cody Daum. It was my first visit to this Clinic and I was impressed from the time I checked in through the time of my examination. Check-in was a breeze and you could not ask for a better doctor than Dr. Daum. As a 79 year old patient, with several issues, I found that I was truly blessed to have Dr. Daum as my new Physician, as well as such an attentive staff.

Had a horrible natural birth experience. Luckily I labored quickly and was done within 40 mins from arriving but they are not kind or accommodating and dr leff was straight rude. And refused to give me any guidance during labor aside from pressure to have a c section. I had bruised veins for a month from them forcing a IV into my left elbow crook after they blew out 4 other veins. All while I was intensely in labor. They force you into the bed. Pressure you to have a c section for no reason and embarrass you with a room for of residents. Stressful! Not for natural deliveries.

The receptionist is very rude, my husband explained that he gets paid tomorrow that we would have copay to bring in to for his appointment. Receptionist had to go talk to office manager office manager said we needed to pay $45 dollars I think they should have seen my husband because he fell today.

Horrible experience. Would not recommend ever. 5 calls to the billing department no response, always get the run around. Overcharged & waiting to here from the manager its been 2 months leaving messages now. 0 stars
