I recently had mold testing completed in my home and the testing indicated that mold spores were present and that the spores were coming from my HVAC. I called SERVPRO for recommendations and Josh was all too happy to take a look at the mold test results and do an inspection at no cost! Josh informed me that this type of mold is common in areas with high humidity and after inspecting my home assured me that my home is safe and the best thing to do is to change my filters regularly and keep the HVAC serviced. I can’t say enough good things about the experience I had with this company. I came home to a leaking water heater and water in the house Rylan, Jordan and Logan showed up fast and worked tirelessly until 2 am. They were very professional, reassuring and pleasant to be around. They were very kind to my 3 year old son who was poking around asking questions too. The team would come back and check on the progress daily and remove more stuff as needed. I would not think twice about doing business with them again.
