The first time I entered the shop, I was greeted by Bo. She took time and helped me find power steps for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. She kept me up to date on delivery and scheduling. Clint and his service team did a wonderful job with the installation. I couldn't be happier with the services provided. Thanks again!

If you’re not going to Radical Ridez… what are you even doing? Called them up needing a tire mounted on a 26” wheel, fully expecting the usual “yeah we can get you in sometime next week” speech… nope. These guys said “pull up” and had me scheduled within the hour like it was a VIP appointment. I got there, and before I could even get comfortable scrolling my phone, they already had me in and out in about 30 minutes. I’ve spent longer waiting in a drive-thru line. Communication? On point.
