This is an amazing gym and I am so thankful I discovered it while my youngest is dual enrollment at Coastal. The owner thought of everything!! There is more than one bench and squat machine, plus the cable machines are elite!! The gym layout is very functional; one can tell there was a lot of thought process in this!! Also there are all the accessory machines to hard focus on specific muscles to reach your goals!! I’m almost overwhelmed, as I have never seen some of the machines before, but my inner creative gym freak is geeking out!! The staff (Joseph) have been very helpful and friendly!! I want to move to Bay Minette just for this gym!!

Great gym! Very clean and well kept. The staff and instructors are welcoming and friendly. Really enjoy the Zumba class with Sheena on Saturday mornings!

The gym is always clean and has everything you could possibly need. Staff are so sound and helpful, give you help if you ask for it but not overbearing with it. Could not recommend this gym highly enough.
