The ONLY company that didn’t try to “win us over”. They came in, told us the truth, and made things happen. We had a roof on our house so quickly! The roof looks amazing, and even when there is a severe storm with possible hail damage, they come to make sure everything is good (within the warranty). Loyal, hardworking people!
A few short years ago we had a metal roof installed and recently another vendor was repairing a soffit and noticed some of the screws were not screwed down tightly. Subsequently, we learned the the company that installed our roof (5 yr warranty) went out of business. High Tide Contracting and Roofing was recommended. I called and Taylor showed up within a coupld of days. He went up on the roof checked and tightened all of the loose screws. instpected the roof and reported that all was good. His took the time to explain the differnt screws for metal roofing and show me the difference and let me know we had premium screws. I was very pleased with Taylor and his work... read full review
Crew arrived early morning and had roof installed same day before 3:00 pm. Very professional crew. Don't hesitate to use High Tide for your roofing needs. From A to Z top notch experience. Plenty of options laid out and no pressure during the quote phase.
