Took my 2 dogs to Heilmeiers Bed and Biscuit for our first experience with them ever. Was anxious to board them with complete strangers but was in a pinch. Making the reservation helped with the decision-the employee was so professional and thorough and so pleasant. And when I dropped my kiddos off I was even more sure I picked the right place. A very efficient and organized process and my dogs were not anxious. When I picked them up they were obviously relaxed and well cared for. The staff could answer all my questions and were very aware of my pets. Very affordable also.

My dogs were boarded for the first time ever, so I was a bit anxious. From the initial interaction with Josie to the boarding staff, I knew I had chosen the best place. When we picked them up, it was obvious that they had been well cared during their 8 day stay. Hats off to an outstanding staff! I have found “ my place”!

We boarded our dog here while we stayed at the beach for New Year's. Their prices are very reasonable. The staff were very nice and accomodating. They let us come to the back to see where our dog would be staying, and even pick out her "suite." We also had her bathed while she stayed with them. When we picked her up everyone at the front desk knew her by name, and was very complimentary of her behaviour. I could tell they were attentive to the animals that board there. We will definitely be using them for our future boarding needs.
