This is an awesome place to get a workout and create strong bonds with motivated people. It's stimulating for the mind and very rewarding on an internal level. The trainers are passionate and will help push you to being a stronger you. I have been going here for over a year now, and have benefited greatly from the sessions! It's good for men, women and children.

I simply can't say enough great things about 9rounds. I have been on the fitness roller-coaster for far too long. I use to work out regularly but over the last few years have found it difficult to be consistent. I am not having that issue since I discovered 9rounds. I genuinely look forward to going! The staff is fun, friendly, and professional. The workouts are different each day and you definitely get your sweat on!If you haven't tried it you certainly should! Get your workout in and punch away any issues of the day!
