I chose this accounting firm since this is my first year filing taxes for my new business. Rita Prince was exceptional to work with. She walked me thru every step and really made me feel comfortable with the numbers of my business. A good accountant helps you look at the big picture of your business. Rita was very helpful and I had no issues filing my 2017 return. The only reason I have to knock a star is that it took roughly a month to get my return and the two times that I called the office, the staff was no help at all. They never got back with me about why I was calling. I had to finally email Rita myself about my taxes. The person on the phone told me they had no information about my return. I know I'm not a big client, but I would expect at least a follow up call. Other than that, I was really happy with using them and feel that their cost is well worth it for their services.
